Phil Mitchell, Owner & Director
Phil Mitchell began his Estate agency career in 1996 and quickly progressed to branch manger with a very successful independent company and was keen to develop a more bespoke and discerning personal service, Chimneypots Estate Agents is his opportunity to provide a template for the modern Estate Agency and the positive testimonials have had a rapid increase in the growth of our business.
Emma Mitchell, Sales Co-Ordinator
Emma started her career in Estate Agency in 1996 and since then has been a prolific figure within the industry across the South of England, specialising in Southampton and Portsmouth covering all geographic areas in between. Not only has Emma excelled in sales, rapidly progressing to management, but has seen equal success in Lettings and Management managing upwards of 400 units with her team. Emma’s diligent, thorough and empathetic approach ensures that her clients always receive an exceptional level of service recognised by the amount of repeat and referral business.
Stuart Hare, Lettings Director
Stuart’s career started in construction where he managed various projects and sites across a 20 year period. His vast and in depth understanding and interest of properties together with a great knowledge of the local areas led Stuart into the leasing and management of a wide range of properties which he has succeeded in for the last 8 years.
Karen Dernie, Senior Property Consultant
Karen Dernie has had a long career in Estate Agency since 1983 when she started in a Southampton City Centre office. Since then she has covered areas throughout Hampshire including Southsea, Emsworth , Gosport and Basingstoke. She has spent most of her time working in the Locks Heath and Warsash area which is her preferred location and has sold many a house locally.Karen joined CHIMNEY POTS in July this year from a large corporate organization . The appeal was to work for an independent company whose main focus is making sure that the best services are provided for the customer in a job that she loves.
Natasha Dewsbury-Burr, Sales Manager
Natasha began her estate agency career in 2004 when she joined a local independent agent in her hometown in Surrey. Since then she has gained extensive experience working in both the United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates property markets progressing quickly in each of her roles. Natasha’s attention to detail, communication and determination as well as her international experience allows for each of her clients to receive a personalised and attentive service
James Anthony, Property Manager
James Anthony joined Chimneypots Estate Agents in 2015 James completed a 10 Month Apprenticeship which resulted in different qualifications within Sales and Customer Service. Once completing he became a full time Sales Negotiator and began to further his progress and career in Estate Agency. After four years due to regular comments from Sellers and Buyers that were delighted with James’s Reliability and Customer Service , he decided to make the jump in to lettings to become our Property Manager and is already keeping our landlords delighted with his high levels of Service and Updates!
Tristan Schwartz, Property Consultant
Tristan is an enthusiastic member of the team who in early 2019 moved from his home country of South Africa where he was responsible for client management in a large factory. Tristan is a proactive member of the sales team ensuring that his focus continues to be built around client satisfaction and building long lasting relationships.
Tom Ford, Financial Advisor
Tom has over five years experience in mortgages and protection, following previous careers in the banking, insurance and accountancy industries. Tom is fully Cert CII qualified with access to the whole mortgage and protection market. His favourite part of the job is providing a good service to customers and maintaining strong and long lasting relationships with them.
